As if plucked from a whimsical fairytale and set down upon the stark Anatolian plains, Cappadocia is a geological oddity of honeycombed hills and towering boulders of otherworldly beauty. The fantastical topography is matched by the human history here. People have long utilised the region's soft stone, seeking shelter underground and leaving the countryside scattered with fascinating cavern architecture.

Kapadokya Turkish Kitchen was opened in February 2018 and is located inside the Rose park hotel in Al barsha 1, exactly opposite Sharaf DG metro station. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of food and give an exceptional quality of service to our customers. In every product and service we deliver to our customers, we make sure we continue to maintain our highest standards in accordance to ancestral Turkish hospitality.

Kapadokya Turkish Kitchen has an indoor seating capacity of 86 persons over a floor surface of 1,500 sq. feet in addition to a terrace that can fit 100 seats. We can also accommodate a maximum of 200 persons for outside catering. Our main products are our Turkish cuisine. Starting with a large variety of salads, grills, kebabs, pastries and desserts that find their root in old Anatolia. We do offer the traditional hand-made Turkish ‘dolma manti’ unlike any other UAE restaurant.
